So I went in there when there was a deal. I got my belly pierced and my ear pierced. The woman had previously done my eyebrow piercing and she was great. This time I’m having a little bit more problems. My bellybutton piercing ended up getting infected, no matter how many times I would clean it during the day. I would wear pants so it did irritate it a little bit more. I went back and asked her about it and she said To start using isopropyl alcohol and that if It Doesn’t get better To just take it out, let it heal and then re-pierce it. But the problem with that is she told me I would have to pay the full Price again, even though it was misplaced according to my anatomy. And that it should’ve been in a different place. Because I got the deal I got two piercings for around $51-$52 I don’t exactly remember. But it just feels like, Why should I have to pay full price for a piercing that was supposed to be done correctly? But wasn’t the first time. I have a prior belly piercing And the scar was still there. Instead of putting it over their previous belly piercing, she used a different area. Nothing was wrong about how she did it or how she handled it and she gave me wonderful aftercare instructions. It just feels kinda like if it wasn’t done correctly the first time, Why should I have to pay full price to get it Done again correctly. I do wanna come in again, and I would come in again. I just Wish that they would be a little bit more lenient with pricing if the piercing wasn’t in the right place.
Reply to owner; Me and my partner were there when it was expressed I would get charged again. I really wanna get it fixed.

As well as shouldn’t a piercing be placed according to my anatomy?
If it doesn’t get better in 3 days, I’m definitely going to go back and let it heal. If I get charged again I’ll edit.

Got a piercing, the lady was definitely very professional and did an amazing job. She got it done fast and it didn't hurt as bad as I thought.
